These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Space Coast 3D online store. By using the store you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page.

Use of the store

You may use this store for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in a way that could harm us or others.

Products, pricing and availability

We try to describe and display our products accurately, but colors, specifications, images and other details are provided for general guidance and may differ from the item received. Prices, product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or decline or cancel any order at our discretion. Listing a product in this store is not an offer to sell or a guarantee that it is in stock.

Orders, shipping and returns

Any order is subject to acceptance by us. Shipping options, costs, delivery estimates and any return or refund arrangements are those communicated at the time of purchase or agreed with you directly; delivery estimates are not guarantees. Please contact us with any question about an order.

Safe use of products

3D printing involves high temperatures, moving parts and materials that should be handled with care. You are responsible for using products safely and in line with your equipment manufacturer's guidance, and for deciding whether a product is suitable for your intended use. Print settings shown in this store are general starting points only.

Toddler Mobility Trainer and third parties

The Toddler Mobility Trainer is a project of Make Good, an independent organization. Supplies we sell are materials and components only; we do not design, certify or warrant the trainer, and anyone building or using one is responsible for its safe assembly, inspection and use. This store links to third-party websites, including Make Good's. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices; purchases made on a third-party site are between you and that third party.

Intellectual property

The content of this store, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Space Coast 3D or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this store and all products and content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Coast 3D will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the store or of any product. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
